Twenty-two players sat down, matching the second-largest field this league has held, and Juan Lopez knocked out seven of them — in the fifth league tournament he has ever played. Josh Martin knocked out four and won it: four hours and eleven minutes, $160, a third career win and his second in two months.

The heads-up match took nineteen minutes and forty-one seconds. Juan took $105 for second, which is his third cash in five tournaments and his best finish.

It is the third time this season the man with the most knockouts has not won the tournament. Warren Mervin made six and finished second in June, Mike Conner made seven and finished second in September, and now this.

Dale Ellicott was third for $65, four weeks after his second win, and it puts him top of the standings. Rick Mazza took fourth and $40, a third cash in his last four, and Jeff Reichwein completed the money in fifth for $30 with three knockouts.
